Enterprise Communications Delivery
Leading migrations and integrations where networks, legacy telephony and live operations all have to meet.
The problem
Enterprise communications migrations cross several boundaries at once: established telephony, identity, networking, security, user behaviour and operational support. A working design on paper still has to survive the realities of a live environment.
My contribution
I led discovery, presales, solution design, deployment, troubleshooting and go-live support across consulting engagements. The role required translating between customer stakeholders and specialist infrastructure teams, then staying accountable when a migration reached production.
The approach
I used phased migrations, Session Border Controller design, telephony integration and close coordination with network and security teams. When expected call paths or sign-in flows failed, the work moved from architecture to hands-on diagnosis across system boundaries.
The result
These engagements delivered production communications services and operational handovers. They formed the foundation of my approach to customer-facing engineering: understand the whole system, communicate clearly across teams and own the path through go-live.
