Building and operating a specialist SaaS platform shaped by the day-to-day work of property investors.
The problem
Property investing involves more than tracking a lead. Investors need to keep opportunities, contacts, follow-ups and portfolio obligations connected as a deal moves through its lifecycle.
My contribution
I co-founded PropertyPipeline and led its technical architecture, product development, integrations and operational infrastructure. The work combines direct knowledge of the customer workflow with the practical demands of running a subscription product.
The approach
The platform uses tenant-specific deployments, automation and integrations to support a specialist CRM workflow. I later added a read-only MCP interface so an authenticated user can explore their own data through compatible AI clients, while keeping access tied to their account.
The result
PropertyPipeline is an operating SaaS product used by property investors. It remains an ongoing exercise in turning domain-specific requests into reliable features and maintaining the system that delivers them.
